Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Remi will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Remi, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it, can you assist?
- Call Aus Post or local carrier, see if they have any information regarding your package
- Let's ensure your mail spot is safe. Maybe leave a friendly note asking that packages not be left out in the open.
- Perhaps one of your neighbors picked up your package by mistake? It happens!
If you've checked all the above and still can't find your order, please pop over to Australia Post and file a claim. Once done, share the claim number with our team, we will help follow this up!
Just a heads up, once an order is marked as “Delivered”, it's out of our hands. It's super important to choose a delivery spot that's safe during the day.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to info@remilabel.com and we will contact the Australia Post.

We generally process orders quite fast, but if you want to change your order/details please email info@remilabel.com as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
