I am located in the Australia, what is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns of items in their original state (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with all tags attached. You can choose from a refund, store credit, or a single exchange. You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Please note there's a return processing fee of $6.95 for each returned order, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is your return policy for sale items?
Any item bought on sale is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is strictly adhered to, with no exceptions.
Can I return an order placed with the sign-up 10% discount code?
Yes, you can return your item purchased with the 10% sign-up code.

Should I track my return order?
We advise obtaining a receipt with tracking number whenever you drop off your return. We advise to avoid using dropboxes for returns. Without proof of shipment, we cannot process a return if it goes missing.
When will my exchange ship out?
Once we receive your exchanged item we will then process your exchange, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation your order has been shipped.

When will my order be fulfilled?
Orders are posted within 48 hours though we endeavour to process the same business day if ordered before 12pm AWST, not including weekends or public holidays.
During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Remi will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Remi, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it, can you assist?
- Call Aus Post or local carrier, see if they have any information regarding your package
- Let's ensure your mail spot is safe. Maybe leave a friendly note asking that packages not be left out in the open.
- Perhaps one of your neighbors picked up your package by mistake? It happens!
If you've checked all the above and still can't find your order, please pop over to Australia Post and file a claim. Once done, share the claim number with our team, we will help follow this up!
Just a heads up, once an order is marked as “Delivered”, it's out of our hands. It's super important to choose a delivery spot that's safe during the day.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to info@remilabel.com and we will contact the Australia Post.

Can I change/edit/cancel my order?
We generally process orders quite fast, but if you want to change your order/details please email info@remilabel.com as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
We cannot guarantee these changes as the order might already be processed
