Returns and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Remi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied you can return your item with a choice of a refund or store credit.
You have 14 days to return your item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with swing tags attached. Swimwear must have hygiene sticker in place. Items purchased on sale or using a discount promotional code are not eligible for exchange or returns.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will evaluate and organise a return address.
If the item has been worn and/or washed we will not issue a refund.
Afterpay merchant fees are non refundable in the event of a refund (If you have paid by Afterpay we are charged a 6% fee + 30c which is non refundable to us, so if a refund is requested we can issue the refund minus the 6% + 30c Afterpay fee.)
Once we have received your item we will inspect it and notify you we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or a refund will be issued to the original method of payment minus the cost of postage fees. You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked return and we do not take any responsibility for lost returns. Items purchased on sale or using a discount promotional code are not eligible for refunds.
